Can I just work on a cleaning contract for Jan-Pro?
No, Jan-Pro does not employ individuals to work on maintenance contracts. Jan-Pro has no staff members assigned to maintenance tasks on maintenance contracts.

How much does a Jan-Pro franchise cost?
It all depends on the initial business volume you want to develop or obtain, the fees will vary. Each new franchisee must assume the initial start-up costs (varying by region). To these costs will be added a fee for customer contracts to develop for you. If you find your customers yourself, then you can save up to 100% of this fee for customer contracts.

What are the steps to complete to get a Jan-Pro franchise?
there are a few steps to go before you can purchase a Jan-Pro franchise. You must first complete the pre qualification form that you will find on this link. Once received, one of our consultants will analyze it and if your application is retained, you will be contacted within 24-48 hours. Subsequently, a series of meetings and discussions will take place during which you will be presented with all the conditions, offers and benefits of owning a Jan-Pro franchise. The acquisition process may require, depending on the case, from 4 weeks to several weeks, depending on your pace and the external consultations you want to conduct.
